Needham Equipment Company was established in the late 1800s. We used to sell horse and buggy equipment to blacksmiths. After the automobile was invented we started selling equipment for servicing auto tires. Jim Needham, also known as Old Man Needham, still runs the company aided by his two sons Brett and Trey.
All kidding aside, Jim Needham has been in the automotive equipment repair business since 1975. He formed Needham Equipment Company in 1985. Jim, Brett and Trey are all Certified RAI Installers for Rotary lifts.
As a member of the Rotary Authorized Installer Network, Needham Equipment Company offers our customers the following advantages on any purchase of Rotary equipment:
-
The RAI network is factory trained on Rotary products, equipped to complete ANSI lift inspections, and has the ability to repair lift brands other than Rotary Lift. The RAI network is insured at the local level and backed up by Rotary's own insurance policy to meet your insurance requirements.
- Lifts installed by a Rotary Authorized Installer get an enhanced warranty absolutely free! An extended warranty is also available.
- RAIs warrant their supplied materials and labor against faulty material and workmanship for one full year on new installations.
- Rotary Authorized Installers are the only companies authorized to perform warranty work.
- RAIs are fully covered with both general liability and completed product and operations liability insurance. This means you're protected, even after our RAI leaves your site.
- Rotary's SmartLift®, inbay® and Parallelogram products can be installed only by an RAI. It only makes sense that the highest quality, highest technology designed products should be installed to the exact highest standards of an RAI.
- For initial installation and later service, RAIs carry the most common parts and only use Genuine Rotary Parts™ to ensure peak performance of your lift.
- AIs provide training for your shop technicians as part of the installation package
- Service and Installation bulletins keep RAIs current on the fully Rotary product line. In addition, RAIs have 24-hour access to technical information via the Internet and can request detailed assistance from Rotary's Customer Relationship Department.
- All RAIs receive comprehensive factory training. They also maintain their proficiency by attending ongoing training on existing and new products.
- RAIs are equipped with the right tools and equipment to make sure the installation is right the first time and minimizes disruption to your shop.
- RAIs can conduct periodic lift inspections upon request or on a regularly scheduled basis.
